Payment Policy
In case of a deposit arrangement, 30% will be paid upon your booking confirmation. The remaining balance will be paid on arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Low – Mid Season: April (excluding easter period) – May – June – September – October
Booking modifications or cancellation will be allowed 7 days prior to arrival.
In case of any cancellation after this period there will be a two-nights charge.
In case of a no-show the total cost of the reservation will be charged.
Bank deposit remittance cost: +4€ standard cost
Paypal payment cost: +3,85% of the total amount
High Season: July – August
Booking modifications or cancellation without charges will be allowed 21 days prior to arrival.
In case of any cancellation after this period there will be a two-nights charge.

Emily Apartments house rules:
- Loud music is not allowed from 2p.m to 5.30p.m and 11pm to 7a.m as by the Greek law for quiet hours.
- Please make sure when you leave the house to go out, not to leave any electric devices on such as the air-condition, t.v, kitchen stoves etc.
- You are not allowed to use the linen and towels outside the property, such as the beach, a trip etc.
- Tap water is not for drinking (as in 95% of the island, always have in mind to buy bottled water)
- Please don’t leave doors & windows open when the air-condition is on, in order to avoid any damage of the unit.
- Please don’t throw papers in the toilet due to the different drainage system of Greece, there will be a problem. You can use the small bin in the bathroom.
- Non-hotel residents are not allowed in the rooms without being registered on arrival.
- Smoking is allowed only outside on the balcony.
- When cooking please turn on the kitchen extractor.
- All damages must be reported.
- A short term rental agreement has to be signed on arrival by all the guests.

Please try to comply with the house rules, otherwise charges may apply and we retain the right to use the security deposit.
Villa Emily notes:
-The villa is fully air-conditioned.
-All bedroom windows/balcony doors are fitted with insect screens.
-First aid kit, emergency light/torch and safe deposit boxes are included in all of the bedrooms.
-Towels, beach towels and sheets are provided during your stay.
-Cleaning service will be done once per week including full cleaning of the house and towels/linen exchange.
-Pool & BBQ cleaning is done every day by our maintenance man.
-We the owners reside at as short distance from the villa and personally attend to the rental of the villa as well as the customer service,
ensuring that our guests stay, will be as comfortable and pleasant as possible.
-Also maintenance man is on-site during the day/every day, if further assistance needed.
A 30% deposit is needed to confirm your reservation.
(high season – A secondary 40% deposit has to be paid 7 weeks prior to arrival and the
rest of the amount is payable on arrival.)
Villa Emily Regulations:
–No smoking in the house, only outside on the patio
–No parties or events

-You are not allowed to use the linen and the white towels outside the property, such as the beach, a trip etc. You can use the blue beach/pool towels provided for this reason.
-Tap water is not for drinking (as in 95% of the island, always have in mind to buy bottled water)
-Please do not leave the windows open when the air-condition is on, in order to avoid any damage of the unit and cool/heat the rooms properly.
-Please do not throw papers in the toilet due to the different drainage system of Greece. You can use the small bin in the bathroom.
–Non Villa residents are not allowed in the property without being registered on arrival.
-All damages must be reported.
-A short term rental agreement has to be signed on arrival by all the guests.
