Please respect the house rules so that everyone can enjoy a safe, comfortable and peaceful stay.
No Smoking Inside
Smoking is not allowed inside the house. You may smoke only outside on the patio.
Respect Quiet Hours
Loud music and noise are not allowed from 15:00 to 17:00 and from 23:30 to 07:00, according to Greek common quiet hours.
No Parties or Events
Parties and events are not allowed at the property.
Turn Off Devices
When leaving the house, please make sure all electrical devices are turned off, including air conditioning, TV and kitchen stoves.
Close Windows
Please do not leave windows open while the air conditioning is on, in order to avoid damage to the unit.
Towels & Linen
Please do not use linen or white towels outside the property, such as at the beach or during trips. You may use the blue beach towels.
Bottled Water
Tap water is not recommended for drinking, as in most areas of Corfu. Please buy bottled water.
Toilet Paper
Please do not throw paper in the toilet due to the different drainage system in Greece. Use the small bin in the bathroom.
Registered Guests Only
Non-villa residents are not allowed in the property unless they have been registered on arrival.
Use the Extractor
When cooking, please turn on the kitchen extractor to avoid bad odours.
Report Damages
All damages must be reported immediately.
Security Deposit
Please comply with the house rules. Otherwise, charges may apply and we retain the right to use the €1,500 security deposit.

A car is essential for the best experience in Corfu. Private transfers can also be arranged upon request.

We strongly recommend having a car during your stay, as it will make it much easier to explore beaches, villages, restaurants and Corfu Town.
